When I sold my condo to buy the town house I am in now, I didn’t even think twice, I called Alison again! Funny enough, the couple purchasing my condo was ALSO referred to her because of her reputation of an amazing NJ real estate attorney. Most recently, I refinanced my home and leveraged her once again! Oh and I have to say, she knows everyone in the local industry so when I mentioned the mortgage folks I was working with, she knew them personally, further making it sooo smooth on the entire process! I have referred her to ALL my friends and they loved her too! Seriously, she is the BEST!!!!
