Warning — Not Recommended! She tried to charge us a higher fee without our knowledge, and when we discovered it, she gave irrelevant excuses. She then refused to complete the work — including handling the full transfer of funds from the property sale — and was, to put it mildly, extremely unpleasant... throughout the process. We are in the process of filing a formal complaint against her with the New Jersey Bar Association.

I've worked with Alison now 7 times on multiple properties, both as buyer and seller and both investment properties and my primary residences. The properties have been in several locations across NJ, have varied from condos, to single family homes to waterfront properties. She is fantastic in every f...acet and complex issue that has come up. Her attention to detail, responsiveness and overall thoroughness is impeccable. Not only effective but personable and a pleasure to work with. I would not consider working with another attorney other than Alison.
