It was end of 2012 when it seemed it was the end for my construction business when a General Contractor wouldn't pay for construction services we provided. We thought it was all lost until we contacted Ioannis. He listened to us patiently and once he knew our entire situation he explained every singl...e step he was going to take to get our money back rightfully deserved. We felt safe with Ioannis as he took every step with precaution and treated it like it was his own business in danger. He was able to have the General Contractor sign a settlement agreement where Ioannis did all the negotiations for us and once the General Contractor failed to pay as per the agreement Ioannis was able to get us back more money then we invoiced for never even stepping a foot in the court or speaking with the General Contractor. Not only did Ioannis save our business he is also our go to guy for any legal advice. He has become more of a friend then a lawyer to us.
