I was a first time non-violent drug offender. I was facing serious charges. I was indicted in superior court on 17 count felonies(all drug related). Out of the 17 count, the most serious charges I was facing were five 2nd degree charges. Before I hired Nancy for my case , I had this private practice... lawyer(referred by friends) to represent me, and my case went down the drain. Long story short, this guy sold me out to plead guilty to 3 years in state prison for my first offense as an adult! One week before my sentencing day I had a change of heart, and I told myself, "I am not going to prison on my first offense!" So I ended up firing my 1st lawyer. And by word of mouth I ended up retaining Nancy. Nancy asked me what I wanted her to do for me, and I told her I want to take back my plea and get probation. She told me straight up since I already pled guilty, it was going to be extremely hard to take back the plea and with the amount/type of evidence the court had on me, getting probation would also be difficult. She did promise me one thing, and that was she'll go all out for me and she did. She was able to get my sentencing date pushed back to 6 more months, and when sentencing day came, I was able to take back my plea and I got 3 years probation! I hired Nancy because she's very honest, very professional, very knowledgeable about the law, and she'll go all for her clients the same way she did for me! Thanks again Nancy!

I have never been involved in the law, but I had some serious municipal court offenses recently. My friend used Nancy for a injury case and she loved her so I went to see if she could help with my criminal case. She was great!!
