Mark Peter McAuliffe

I just recently finished an over 2 year divorce battle in which Mark represented me. This case involved a planned international abduction of my daughter, a well thought out plan of emptying/stealing my funds, and numerous false domestic violence claims against me. This case was a very complex yet extremely difficult case for me on all levels (emotional, mental, physical, financial, spiritual) Mark is a straight shooter and what i mean by this is that he represented me with integrity and always reminded me that being truthful was his style in the courtroom. He's all about using facts. His style may not fit some peoples' style in the fact that he's not malicious or spiteful or gets loud. He stays composed and knows when to march forward and when to pull back. What made me feel comfortable with him is that i knew he was always fighting for me. Working with him and his firm in this most heart wrenching time of my life was a privilege because he wasn't just my attorney but now i can call him my friend. I respect him greatly. I would highly recommend him to anybody that's entering a divorce or any type of family matters.
