John J Pisano

This guy has driven my case to the ground. has prolonged it to the point a new attorney wont even take my case. i have not received proper medical attention. all he cares about is getting payed. my body is not the same. He tried to train me into lying about my case, and told me he has a doctor he has... trained to say certain things for court. This is not an attorney, but a con artist. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I first brought my case to his attention back in June, he never followed up with me on my case at any moment. i had to reach out to Pisano myself, and every time i did, he never remembered who i was, and would ask me the same questions A-Z as if i were consulting with him for the very first time. He’d become upset, yelling over me, and his assistants while on a conference call with doctors, to make me an appointment. (VERY EMOTIONAL INDIVIDUAL) Would even tell me to find a new attorney when i would mention to him that hes already asked me these very same questions. I withdrew from wanting to further any services with him, and followed up with writing a review explaining the horrible experience i had, he then called me apologizing, and provided me with information regarding my case, then proceeded to ask me to remove my review. i removed the review, hoping he’d maybe begin to start taking my case a little more seriously, but did not. im supposed to have appointments scheduled with specialists, i dont know who im suppose to call. he blocked my number, and the office does not answer. 2 weeks have gone passed, and today i received a letter from court, meaning hes proceeding with my case without me even knowing about it AFTER ive already expressed i did not wish to further anything with him. FIND AN ATTORNEY YOU WILL FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH. THIS MAN HAS RUINED A LOT FOR ME. MY BODY IS NOT THE SAME. I DO NOT FEEL THE SAME. MY BODY IS NOT THE SAME. I ASKED PISANO FOR A NEW DOCTOR AND HE TOLD ME HE HAS A DOCTOR HE HAS TRAINED TO SAY CERTAIN THINGS IN COURT. I REALLY NEED A CHIROPRACTOR. NOT JUST MONEY. THIS MAN DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THAT.

Always answers calls personally on first ring. Worth the wait if you show up in his office as his 24/7 work ethic is right before your eyes. This man works harder than any other attorney I have encountered. Mr. Pisano yielded excellent result - three times insurance offer. Serious attorney, atte...ntive, high energy and fast paced.

Mr. Pisano fought my insurance company for seven years. He has extremely experienced certified trial attorneys working with him. The insurance company wouldn't settle which was not a concern for Mr. Pisano who picked a jury and tried my case to verdict. He convinced a judge to try the case all over ...again after the jury came back with a ridiculously low verdict. I couldn't believe it! Mr. Pisano tried the case all over again receiving a very large verdict from the second jury. He then convinced the doctors to waive significant portions of their fees so that I was finally compensated. He doesn't quit until his client's interest are fully protected. I would highly recommend this lawyers to others.

He is a liar and did nothing for me at all. Didn't even show up to my case and sent some guy I never even met to represent me. He never kept in touch with me to explain what was happening since the beginning of my case. I always had to call him several times before I actually got him on the phone.... He never explained anything to me in 2 years of waiting for something to happen. Hence the reason why I had to constantly call him and chase him to find out what the status of my case. He called me out of no where stating I had to rush to the court house for my case and be there within 30 mins or I will loose my case. I have never been through this process before so I didn't know what to expect. I highly doubt a normal trustworthy lawyer would handle a case like he did. I would never recommend him to anyone. On top of not following up with me or explaining anything to me he was extremely rude and talked down to me like I was dirt. I wasn't allowed to ask questions. When I did ask a question I was yelled at and belittled. He didn't make me feel comfortable and treated me horribly.

Unreal energy! The amount and quality of legal work this individual handles is incomparable. He never stops pushing on behalf of a client, regardless of the size of the case. Today I received the amazing news that Mr. Pisano convinced a panel of three judges to reverse a trial judge's ruling, which o...f course means I will receive the settlement I was always entitled to. I am told that most lawyers would have not even tried to win my appeal.
