David Schmidt has specialized in Securities arbitration litigation and regulation since beginning his career as a New York City prosecutor over 35 years ago. Over the years, Mr. Schmidt has handled hundreds of FINRA arbitrations, as well as cases pending before the Securities and Exchange Commission and other regulatory bodies. Mr. Schmidt has represented customers, brokers, and brokerage firms in disputes relating to stock losses investigations and employment.
A sought after speaker, Mr. Schmidt has been selected to speak before industry groups regarding legal developments in the securities field. Mr. Schmidt is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law, JD., 1978 and Emory University cum laude 1975.
