Does everything right...
I moved out of my apartment on Oct. 30, 2011. I never heard from my former landlord regarding my security deposit. I contacted him on January 6. The following week a received an itemized list of "damages" and a request for an additional $200 in damages. This wasn't right and the "damages" he list...
