About Robert
Biography
I concentrate on Personal Injury matters including Work Site Injuries, Motor Vehicle and Trucking Accidents, Wrongful Death, Premises Liability, Dog Bites, Workers Compensation and No-Fault Arbitrations. I attended the University of Maryland for my undergraduate studies, and Seton Hall School of Law for my Juris Doctorate. After graduating from Seton Hall, I served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph F. Scancarella, the former Presiding Judge of the Civil Division in Passaic County.
I am a member of the Passaic County Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the New Jersey Association for Justice. I was also selected to the New Jersey Super Lawyers list continuously since 2013. I am a member of the District XI Ethics Committee of the Supreme Court of New Jersey and I am also a Certified Civil Trial Attorney as recognized by the New Jersey Supreme Court.
Personally, I have enjoyed coaching my children and other athletes in numerous sports including wrestling, baseball, boys and girl’s lacrosse and flag football. I enjoy skiing, ice hockey, music, the outdoors and being with my family.
