I retained Dan to write a demand letter to a neighbor who was encroaching on my property. The letter was very thorough and detailed, and it included some wording I'd requested, and the overall tone was sending a strong message. And I don't want to make promises for him, seeing as I don't know how bus...y he may get, but in my case he wrote and sent out the letter the day after I had retained him. The letter was successful, as the neighbor adhered to the demand down to the letter. Another thing worth mentioning is that Daniel is very responsive, always replying to my emails in quick fashion. I am very pleased with my dealings with him and his firm and will not hesitate to retain him and refer him to others in the future.

I've been using this Firm for the past 10 years. Dan is very knowledgeable in various areas of law. I've used him for everything from real estate to family law and even litigation when a customer refused to pay me for a job I did for them. He helped me with a couple of traffic tickets and my grandpar...ents Will and subsequent probate application. I won't use anyone else. He even works with other attorneys so I never have to look anywhere else for exceptional legal help. He really is a one stop shop for all things legal. He's always very warm and inviting when I call or visit the office. His staff is amazing. I really can't say enough good things about this guy and they way he conducts business.
