Rude, doesn’t get results, unprofessional, expensive
Dan is rude and incompetent. He messed up a mailing and then wrote “I don’t work for the post office” - all his emails are rude, he never answers the question being asked and he is dismissive. He promised me a refund then WENT BACK ON IT. He never passed along communications unless he was pried to do...
