Wow!! I had an amazing experience with Dan Barli & LLC! This was my first time purchasing a home, and Dan Made is go as smoothly as possible! I have nothing negative to say about him at all! He was so Nice, very patient! All questions that I had were also answered in a timely manner.. I would absolut...ely use Dan Barli & LLC again, would recommend him to anyone!! They made what can be a daunting, overwhelming process run very smoothly! They were readily available by phone call and email for guidance (we sometimes ...emailed and called them several times in one day). Quick response time! Willing to go the extra mile! Quality work for a reasonable price! They were attentive to our every need throughout the process. We needed to close by mid January to prevent our rate lock from expiring (which would have cost us several thousand extra $$$ to lock in a new rate or to extend our current rate!!). They helped ensure that we closed on time. We closed within 9 weeks of "purchasing" the home. We are very thankful for all of their hard work. We are happy to say that we are all moved in to our new home and are looking forward to starting our next chapter. We could not have done it without their assistance. This attorney is great. He is very responsive to his clients needs. He pushed and went above and beyond to make the closing on our house happen. He's staff is also amazing. They were very friendly and professional. His paralegal was very knowledgeable and I was never concerned to speak with her on a ...matter when Mr. Barli wasn't available. Over all I would highly recommend this company.
