She took care of H1b in 1999,Greencard 2002-2003.I took care of citizenship,but she answered my emails/gave advice/calmed me down when I received a letter from INS regarding some name issues(first vs middle name etc) for free.I used to get panic attacks every time INS send me a letter. She has alway...s been very responsive ,answering my emails and taking my calls and was very supportive when my H1B application in 1999 didn't made the cut/cap(eventually the supplemented from next year,thank you Bill Gates). The only thing I would comment is that I thought she should have sent the H1b application incomplete,in order to get an earlier date,rather than waiting for all the paperwork. But maybe the date is when all the documents are in,in which case it wouldn't have made a difference.
