After graduating from law school, I worked for the law firm of McMahon & Walsh, PC in Manchester, Connecticut. In 1995, I accepted a position with Allstate Insurance Company, where I defended Allstate and individuals insured by Allstate in motor vehicle accident cases, slip and fall cases, personal liability claims, and uninsured motorist claims. While at Allstate, I completed an in house trial advocacy program presented by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy and tried thirty-two civil jury cases to verdict. I was promoted to Senior Trial Attorney in August of 1998 and defended personal injury cases in the Stamford, Fairfield and Waterbury Superior Courts.  I joined Wofsey, Rosen, Kweskin & Kuriansky, LLP as a litigation associate in October 2000, and committed myself to protecting the victims of negligent, reckless and intentional conduct.  I became a partner of the firm in January, 2007.

Beyond Expectations!
I was not the type of person who goes to an attorney; In fact I did not seek legal representation for close to two years after I was seriously injured in a slip and fall accident. I thought I could handle things on my own however; it became evident that I needed the expertise of a Personal Injury Attorney as I faced back surgery & a need for future medical care. A friend referred me to Bill Davoren, with the promise of an attorney that would have my best interest in mind. My only regret is that I did not contact him sooner. Bill made me feel very comfortable throughout this process, explaining in detail as we worked through many stages of my case. He showed me genuine compassion & concern for my well-being.
