My family and I used Leon on two separate occasions over the last year. We needed to settle a dispute with a contractor and also create a Will. In November of 2016 the unthinkable happened, my mom passed away. I had to figure out how to close out her estate equally and efficiently amongst 5 siblings. I found the right attorney with Leon Krolikowski. Leon explained everything to my utmost expectations. All of which helped make a difficult p...rocess much easier for me and my family. He gave me step by step instructions as to what accounts needed to be closed, and what new accounts needed to be opened. All of the required paperwork was filed accordingly, and he guided me every step of the way, keeping in contact with me throughout the entire process. His knowledge of Probate laws and his professionalism kept things to a minimum which made closing my mother’s estate much easier to deal with. I hired Leon to assist with an issue I had with my association making repairs to all units except mine. I was disappointed with his service. He was not persistent in getting the issue resolved and conducted everything via email. He did not get anything done. It was a waste of my hard earned money and... my unit is still not repaired. I would not recommend him.
