Biography
The rights of husbands and fathers are often disregarded in the midst of family law controversies. Advancing the rights of husbands and fathers is our mission.
Since our opening, we have leveled the playing field by knocking down stereotypes in matters relating to divorce, custody, child support and alimony.
We also represent wives and mothers who find themselves in non-traditional roles and risk significant financial impact from a family law matter.
Our experience as a men’s rights law firm allows us to bring a unique perspective toward the goal of fairness and equality in family law matters.

Replied last April 01, 2015If you are a former client, I am sorry you had a less than optimal experience. If there is anything I can do, please identify yourself and call me. However, your words aimed at encouraging professional improvement are not typical of a former client who is dissatisfied and leads me to believe that you are someone else with an agenda; perhaps a fellow member of the Bar who finds my methods too aggressive as I fight for my clients' rights. I've heard that criticism before from some opposing counsel who wish that I would just play ball and settle. In either instance, hiding behind the cloak of anonymity suggests that your intent is merely to cause harm and not to accomplish anything productive.
