Successful appeal case

I had the pleasure of working with Jeff for an appeal case, and I couldn't have be more impressed with his professionalism and expertise. Jeff successfully handled my appeal case, with the lower decision ultimately being reversed due to Jeff’s work. From the initial consultation to the resolution of ...my case, Jeff demonstrated an exceptional level of dedication and skill. Jeff was always available to address my concerns and provided sound, strategic advice that led to a favorable outcome. I highly recommend Jeff to anyone in need of legal representation!

Grateful Client

Jeffrey Bagnell was my attorney in a lawsuit against Sig Sauer gun manufacturer. I first met Jeff while I was still in an almost month-long hospital stay following my injury and he had driven 8+ hours to meet me and my family face to face. Not many people could comprehend the struggle I have endure...d due to my injury, or fathom how life-changing a huge, public trial can be. However, Jeff was always there for me and has since evolved from attorney to close friend. Jeff was by my side every single step of the way through a trial with terrifying odds. Just him and I, standing tall, against 14 attorneys with bottomless pockets, working for a company with billions of dollars at their disposal. Whether it was by phone, text, email, court filings, or sitting in a courtroom, Jeff never left me feeling alone in this fight. I know I would not have been able to make it through this horrific ordeal if it wasn’t for him continued support and guidance. He is one of the most intelligent, hardworking, dedicated people I know. He went to great lengths and numerous sleepless nights to make sure he covered every aspect of my case. Although Sig Sauer’s law team tried, he never let them fluster him or outsmart him in the slightest. He always came back swinging with very quick, articulate, and effective responses to their attempts at overwhelming him with filings and paperwork. He never missed a deadline and was swift and powerful in his responses. I don’t think there is enough I could say about Jeff and his abilities as a lawyer. He is everything you could possibly hope for when looking for someone to be on your side. To this day, Jeff and I remain good friends and he often checks on me and my physical recovery, as well as my family. . I am and will forever be grateful to Jeff for the close friend he has become through the unfortunate events of this injury. The only thing positive about that horrific day, is it brought someone as amazing as Jeff, into my family’s life.

Jeff is a Talented and Dedicated Attorney

I worked with Jeff on a complex personal injury case in federal court. And would recommend him to both injury victims and local counsel looking for a trial specialist. He more than stood his own against an opponent with seemingly endless resources and really cared about his client.

Top recommendation for Attorney Jeffrey Bagnell

I was terminated immediately upon return from an approved FMLA leave in August 2017. I was employed at a top Fortune 500, multi-billion dollar company based in the NYC metropolitan area. After extensive research and initial meetings with a few top employment law firms in the NYC & CT areas, I dec...ided to partner with Attorney Bagnell based on his extensive background in the employment law space, accomplishments per prior cases, professionalism and his confidence in representing me against a potentially formidable opponent with a large in-house counsel team. In addition, the 1:1 relationship and ease of accessibility were extremely important components of my ultimate decision as were rapport and trust. From the outset, Jeff was transparent, direct and consistently kept me abreast of the progress of the case coupled with clear explanations along every step of the process. He was prompt in responding to my many question and also in relaying updates from my previous employer. Furthermore, he communicated with opposing counsel in a straightforward manner and navigated their often arcane processes with aplomb. Attorney Bagnell very successfully achieved an outcome which exceeded my expectations due to his strong negotiation techniques and his ability to expertly manage the overall process. I cannot stress enough the confidence with which I highly recommend Jeff. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him and appreciate everything he did for me during a stressful time.

I highly recommend Jeff Bagnell

Jeff represented me in federal court and front of a federal jury on a breach of contract case. He handled my case and myself with respect, honesty and integrity. When things got tough he rose to the occasion and got a win. I recommend Jeff HIGHLY.
