Grateful Client

Jeffrey Bagnell was my attorney in a lawsuit against Sig Sauer gun manufacturer. I first met Jeff while I was still in an almost month-long hospital stay following my injury and he had driven 8+ hours to meet me and my family face to face. Not many people could comprehend the struggle I have endure...d due to my injury, or fathom how life-changing a huge, public trial can be. However, Jeff was always there for me and has since evolved from attorney to close friend. Jeff was by my side every single step of the way through a trial with terrifying odds. Just him and I, standing tall, against 14 attorneys with bottomless pockets, working for a company with billions of dollars at their disposal. Whether it was by phone, text, email, court filings, or sitting in a courtroom, Jeff never left me feeling alone in this fight. I know I would not have been able to make it through this horrific ordeal if it wasn’t for him continued support and guidance. He is one of the most intelligent, hardworking, dedicated people I know. He went to great lengths and numerous sleepless nights to make sure he covered every aspect of my case. Although Sig Sauer’s law team tried, he never let them fluster him or outsmart him in the slightest. He always came back swinging with very quick, articulate, and effective responses to their attempts at overwhelming him with filings and paperwork. He never missed a deadline and was swift and powerful in his responses. I don’t think there is enough I could say about Jeff and his abilities as a lawyer. He is everything you could possibly hope for when looking for someone to be on your side. To this day, Jeff and I remain good friends and he often checks on me and my physical recovery, as well as my family. . I am and will forever be grateful to Jeff for the close friend he has become through the unfortunate events of this injury. The only thing positive about that horrific day, is it brought someone as amazing as Jeff, into my family’s life.

I highly recommend Jeff Bagnell

In 2010, I had the unfortunate experience of terminating my relationship with an employment law attorney representing me in an Age Discrimination case against a large multi-national company, headquartered abroad. An ex-colleague recommended Jeff Bagnell to me, and I took my case to him. From the... outset, I felt that Jeff offered great advice, and his level of attention to detail and responsiveness was excellent. I always felt that Jeff was careful and considerate about billing. He has a great disposition in dealing with the passion of clients who may be angry as a result of being maltreated by companies, large or small. In my case, the company I filed suit against employed one of the biggest employment law firms in the US to fight the claim. Jeff deftly and efficiently managed the case to a highly acceptable settlement. I would enthusiastically recommend Jeff to anyone seeking a caring, effective and realistic attorney."

Review of Attorney Jeff Bagnell - Highly Recommended

The services and experiences with Attorney Jeffrey Bagnell were outstanding. Faced with a complex, blindsided unjust situation involving a Fortune 100 employer, I researched, interviewed, and hired Jeff. During the initial meeting, he put me at ease and provided a sense of confidence and hope. T...hroughout the engagement with Jeff, he was exceptionally efficient, responsive, knowledgeable, and pragmatic. His listening skills and ability to identify relevant information was impressive. Through the process he provided clear guidance that focused on the key aspects of my case and the best possible outcome. Jeff communicated in simple yet practical terms with the end game in mind. Besides the aforementioned comments, I appreciated how efficient and forthright Jeff was in terms of his effort, time and expenses. Unlike other attorney engagements, Jeff set clear expectations and accurate estimates of his time for the service and communicated them in advance…resulting in no surprises! All said and done, the outcome of my case was better than I ever imagined and at very reasonable expense. I strongly recommend Jeff’s services.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Jeff helped us resolve a commercial tenant / landlord dispute. It is clear that he is both an expert in his field and passionate about it. Jeff ALWAYS looked out for our best interests. Never rushed, he explains the complex world of legalese in plain English. Very supportive, patient and a great l...istener, Jeff even adds a dry sense of humor to stressful situations. His friendliness toward opposing counsel impressed us and definitely helped to defuse the tension of the situation. . Would hire him again. Highly recommend.

Attorney Jeffrey S. Bagnell

While employed with a large Corporation for many years, I became the unfortunate target of discrimination and retaliation, which took a very real toll on my professional and personal well-being. It was at that time that I had the great, good fortune of being referred to Attorney Jeffrey Bagnell. ...On that day, the tide turned, and I felt the first glimmer of possible justice, and an end to my ordeal. From our first consultation, Attorney Bagnell presented himself with keen understanding, empathy, and a firm grasp of the facts presented to him. He impressed me greatly as being highly intelligent and firmly grounded in the Law. I knew that I had found in him a true Defender, who would be fair, honest and thorough in his protection of me. Over the course of many trying months, Attorney Bagnell was always quick to respond to my inquiries and new developments in the workplace. He carefully and patiently lead me through the entire process, always remaining two steps ahead of the opposition. His advice was correct and invaluable, each and every time. Attorney Bagnell guided me to a positive conclusion with calm assurance, upstanding character, unfailing kindness and utmost sincerity.
