Anne Treimanis is your go-to person for inclusion and a lot more

Talk about accessible, knowledgeable, and effective. Anne Treimanis has been there, professionally and personally, making it happen for students with disabilities participate in their school and local communities. Attorney Treimanis has many strengths, but Anne's people skills sets her apart. She has... a way of finding a way forward that is win-win, without leaving a lot of damage behind when a disagreement is finally resolved. Whether it is at an IEP meeting, mediation, or due process, Anne Treimanis is the attorney that schools both love and hate to see: love because she works with them and finds the reasonable common ground; hate because when they see her, they know that change is coming. Anne helped me, helped my friends, and could possibly help you. If she can't -- she'll tell you.

She is a diligent, knowledgeable and caring professional. Attorney Treimanis is also an author (IEP and Inclusion Tips) and a highly sought out presenter who speaks nationally and internationally on disability law. I highly endorse her as a special education and disability rights attorney!!"

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
