Workers compensation claim

David Leard was my attorney in my workers compensation claim that started in 2003. He is very professional, explained the process so that I knew what to expect, very attentive to my needs and always answered my phone calls in a timely manner. Workers' Compensation Claim

David Leard was a referral and worked very well with me. He made sure I was not taken advantage of by the insurance company and was very reassuring. He is a very professional man, made sure I understood everything 100% and was always checking if i needed any additional medical attention or informatio...n. Workmans Comp

Attorney Leard handled my comp issues with the most respect and integrity. He explained the process and the possible results clearly and honestly. If I could rate attorney Leard with a 10 I would .In addition I have no problem using attorney Leard again. Do your self a favor, hire a super lawyer!

Don't think, just do it

I retained David Leard for a workmans comp injury. I had foolishly thought I could handle the case by myself. After wasting a year fighting with the insurance company, and jumping through their hoops I finally decided I needed a lawyer. He was absolutely great. He didn't belittle me, or talk down to ...me. He was straight forward, and honest. As soon as the insurance company heard who my lawyer was all the problems immediately ceased. He took the standard 20% fee, but honestly if he charged more it would have been worth it. I hope I'm never injured at work again, but if I am I'm calling him from the ER.
