Anne K. Howard

Attorney Anne K. Howard graduated with Distinction from McGill University in 1988. She thereafter graduated with Dean’s Honors from University of Cincinnati, College of Law. Attorney Howard has previously represented clients in divorce, custody, criminal, and civil cases. In recent years, she has limited her practice exclusively to representing individuals seeking Social Security Disability/SSI. Additionally, Attorney Howard worked for two years as an attorney-advisor for the Social Security Administration’s Office of Disability Adjudication & Review (ODAR), where she received the Excellence Award for the outstanding production of judicial decisions. Her detailed knowledge of the inner workings of the Social Security Administration enables her to fight at every turn for her clients.

Ohio’s former Governor Ted Strickland appointed Anne to serve two consecutive terms on the Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators (BENHA). She is a strong advocate for the elderly and the disabled.
