Biography
Attorney Michelle Liguori partnered with Attorney Rudolf Kuss, in New Milford, Connecticut in 2010. Kuss & Liguori, LLC dissolved in 2021 upon the retirement of Rudy Kuss. Michelle continues to assist clients with matters involving Elder Law, Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Conservatorships, Medicaid eligibility and applications, and Estate Administration.
A New Milford native, Michelle began volunteering her time with senior citizens as a teenager. She is a graduate of New Milford High School, in New Milford, Connecticut, Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts, and Quinnipiac University School of Law, in Hamden, Connecticut. Michelle is also a member of the Town of New Milford Commission on Aging, the TRIAD Committee, the Greater New Milford Business Association, the John Pettibone Memorial Scholarship Fund, and is the Vice Treasurer for New Milford Youth Lacrosse. Michelle has been practicing Elder Law in the greater New Milford area for more than 20 years and is dedicated to helping the people in the community where she was raised.

Ms. Ligouri sounded good on the phone---when she was in her office and returned messages. The consultation was so incredibly disorganized and unprofessional that we did not return. Needed someone with more knowledge of elder law and who was available when called. Returning messages would have helped...
