I came in for a consultation, everything was going well. I decided a few days later to hire the firm. The firm would not compromise with my situation as I lived 1 hour away and would not fax me the necessary paperwork. The lawyer I was dealing with, Jason L. Musante, was very difficult to reach and w...ould not give me a satisfactory explanation to why they could not fax the documents (only we would prefer if you came in, even after I told them I would have to drive 1 hour each way). I finally called their office and told them I would be coming in later that day. I made the drive only to find their office closed without notifying me (they had all my information, including cell phone which they have called me on before). This happened over a period of about a month. After this experience, I went to another lawyer. They faxed me all the paperwork and had the matter closed in three days from when I Due to the lawyer's negligence and delay of my case I missed the time frame to resolve my case. Summary: Poor customer service and hard to work with. I would not recommend them to anyone.
