Our "relationship" turned sour even before we got to court, with Tim quoting me one fee on the phone (which I agreed to) and then upping it significantly after speaking to a family member who was helping out financially. In court it was obvious Tim hadn't bothered to read the details of the police r...eport, because I had to inform him in front of the judge that I was also injured during the incident in question, which led to a hospital visit. Then before the case was finished, I sought his assistance on another matter. After speaking one time, he refused to return my calls. When my final court date came, Tim failed to show up! This resulted in a huge hassle getting my property back from the police, something I had told him about well before the last court date. When I called him after this, he again did not return my calls and stopped returning calls from my family, which were not aggressive or threatening by any means. This guy is extremely unprofessional once he's gotten his money up front, and I would steer clear of him. If I could give him a zero star rating, I would.
