What a pleasure!

Attorney Pletter and his staff were an absolute pleasure to work with! He clearly explained the process and how he could help me during our initial meeting, then walked me through the steps of the bankruptcy process. His staff was extremely friendly and helpful with every step along the way. I was ne...ver made to feel like I had somehow failed by having to file for bankruptcy, actually it was quite the opposite, I discovered ways it could work to my benefit. Knowledge and Compassion Through A Difficult Time

Like most people, I never thought I would have to declare bankruptcy. Once I made the decision that bankrupty was my only choice, the process itself seemed confusing and frightening--adding stress to an already stressful financial situation. After interviewing a few attorneys, I chose to go with Tim ...Pletter to handle my case. Mr. Pletter made an unpleasant and at times frightening process as smooth as possible. He was patient, calm and kind from the first complimentary consultation to every phone call or meeting in between all the way to our "day in court." Unlike other attorneys I had consulted he was never condescending or did he seem to be rushing me out of the office, eager to get on to the next thing. Instead Mr. Pletter always maintained a calm and professional demeanor, carefully articulating details of the process at each stage. At no time did Mr. Pletter ever make me feel foolish for asking a question--even when I asked it over and again. Although I certainly hope that I don't have need to recommend bankruptcy services to anyone, should the need arise I would recommend Timothy Pletter wholeheartedly and without reservation.

Highly Recommended

I used Attorney Pletter back in 2012 when I had to file for bankruptcy following a divorce. I could not have been more pleased with my selection. This was a very difficult and emotional decision for me, Attorney Pletter was extremely helpful in providing me with enough information to determine if b...ankruptcy was the right decision for me. Review of Timothy M. Pletter

Without a doubt, Tim is one of the best attorneys in his field. He is organized, thorough, and very clear. I always knew exactly what he needed and what I had to do. The process of bankruptcy can be very overwhelming, but he was able to break it down in manageable pieces. He is well-respected by ... his peers and clients. It was clear to me that he was highly regarded by the courts, as well. I strongly recommend Tim Pletter as he has made the whole experience a positive one. Despite his detail-orientation and business-like image, he has a very nice way about him which can really help during such an emotional time.

Tim Pletter

I used Tim Pletter for a bankruptcy. His professionalism and empathetic demeanor made this trying and humbling time manageable. I never felt like a number to him or any of his staff. The absolute proof of his professionalism came during for my hearing for the bankruptcy. While waiting my turn, I sa...w other people sit before the trustee. They all had problems. I got a bit nervous. When my time to sit before the trustee came, there were no problems. This was all due to the meticulous preparation of Tim and his staff. Even though my experience with Tim has been limited to bankruptcy, I will definitely use him for my wills and any future real estate transactions.
