Made Bankruptcy a smooth process!

Tim Pletter is a true professional! I must commend Tim on his Legal Assistant, Samantha too, she was great through the entire process! We had a good 8 inches of bills that she organized and compiled into an understandable format without a zillion duplicates that I had provided. When I referred a c...ollections call to their office I never heard back from them (despite dragging MY feet for almost a year to finally file). We were leery of the Trustee's meeting but it was smooth as silk! Tim had everything in order, prepared us for all questions and made it painless. We were in and out of the courthouse in an hour! We will gladly refer Tim to friends and family that need legal assistance without hesitation. Thanks Tim & Samantha!! We are off to a clean start!!

pathetic experience

If I had the money at the appropriate time (about 2 months after I asked T. Pletter to stop working on my case) I would have sued him for poor quality work. He made mistakes on work that was submitted to the trustees, treated me (his client) with the utmost disrespect. He was concerned and asked if ...I planned to sue him. I paid him hard earned money and the result was a waste of my time, energy and money. He is an attorney whom I would NOT consider trustworthy, ethical or professional. Indeed, I was able to settle directly with the debt collectors at a rate lower than what T. Pletter was willing to settle my case. IT TOOK ME A LONG TIME BUT I DID SETTLE. THESE COLLECTORS I CONSIDERED TO BE MORE SENSITIVE/PROFESSIONAL THAN T.PLETTER. Indeed, I stopped the proceedings from going to court because of the mistake and because I was so angry at the way that he tried to humilate me that I CHOSE a difficult path than to continue working with him. Basicaly, I FIRED him left him voice mails to stop the proceeding because he made mistakes. Also, he was so insenstive that he laughed at me when I asked him questions. HE BLATENTLY MADE INCONSISTENT REMARKS--FOUND THAT STRANGE FOR AN ATTORNEY WHO IS EXPERIENCED IN THIS AREA. i don't know about the statue of limitations, but this is information that he should be sharing with prospective clients. ask him about the content of his website in the months that followed this event. STAY AWAY --.
