Tim is Knowledgeable and professional

At our first meeting, Tim listened to my explanation of how I got into trouble with credit cards, and he knew just what to advise me. I'm embarrassed to say that this was the second time I needed Tim's services. He walked me through everything I had to provide for the court, and the matter was just d...isposed of in a timely fashion.

I hired Attorney Pletter to represent myself and my wife to alleviate our incredible backups in debts we could ill afford to pay within our anticipated lifetimes! He performed admirably and kept us informed about what needed to be done every step of the way, I would recommend him to anyone!

Great Short Sale Attorney

Tim was great as he helped me sell my condo through a short sale. I had two mortgages with two different companies and he helped to coordinate everything and ensure that it went smoothly. I questioned everything and needed to know what was happening at all times and Tim, thankfully talked me throug...h the whole process. He even made the time to get me in on the same day when I made my husband call him because I was beyond overwhelmed with my situation. Thankful to have had his help!

pathetic experience

If I had the money at the appropriate time (about 2 months after I asked T. Pletter to stop working on my case) I would have sued him for poor quality work. He made mistakes on work that was submitted to the trustees, treated me (his client) with the utmost disrespect. He was concerned and asked if ...I planned to sue him. I paid him hard earned money and the result was a waste of my time, energy and money. He is an attorney whom I would NOT consider trustworthy, ethical or professional. Indeed, I was able to settle directly with the debt collectors at a rate lower than what T. Pletter was willing to settle my case. IT TOOK ME A LONG TIME BUT I DID SETTLE. THESE COLLECTORS I CONSIDERED TO BE MORE SENSITIVE/PROFESSIONAL THAN T.PLETTER. Indeed, I stopped the proceedings from going to court because of the mistake and because I was so angry at the way that he tried to humilate me that I CHOSE a difficult path than to continue working with him. Basicaly, I FIRED him left him voice mails to stop the proceeding because he made mistakes. Also, he was so insenstive that he laughed at me when I asked him questions. HE BLATENTLY MADE INCONSISTENT REMARKS--FOUND THAT STRANGE FOR AN ATTORNEY WHO IS EXPERIENCED IN THIS AREA. i don't know about the statue of limitations, but this is information that he should be sharing with prospective clients. ask him about the content of his website in the months that followed this event. STAY AWAY --.
