Carl A. Glad was raised in Stratford, Connecticut. His parents are life-long residents of the town and he decide to return to his home town to raise his two young children. Attorney Glad is a graduate of the American University and the University of Baltimore School of Law. He was admitted to the bar of the District of Columbia in 2011 and the bar of the State of Connecticut in 2013. Prior to joining the family practice, Attorney Glad worked in the Pentagon where he acted as an advisor to senior military leaders, including members of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, on legislative and policy matters. Prior to that, he served in various positions in Washington, D.C, including as a lobbyist, on Capitol Hill, and at a think-tank. Attorney Glad has always been an active member of his community.
