Biography
Ben is a life-long Nutmegger, having spent his childhood in East Haven. Ben graduated from Notre Dame HS in West Haven, and graduated from New Hampshire College (now Southern New Hampshire University) and New York Law School. Ben is admitted to the practice of law in Connecticut, New Hampshire and the District of Columbia, he was Counsel and Chief Counsel to the Connecticut House Republican caucus and served as a staff attorney with the CT Office of Consumer Counsel.
Ben has served as counsel for both national and local companies having obtained, among other things, approvals for the largest water front development in Stratford, CT as well as numerous approvals for Cumberland Farms, in various towns and cities across Connecticut.
Ben has advised business of all sizes throughout CT.
In May, 2015, Ben represented the Referendum Committee in which the rights of the people of Stratford to seek a referendum on actions taken by their town government was protected by judicial order.
