Michael Asher Kretzmer

Throughout the case, I often felt that he was not fully prepared and did not have a clear understanding of the details of my situation. During court appearances, he appeared unfamiliar with important aspects of the case, which left me with little confidence in the representation I was receiving. I... was also concerned by what seemed to be frequent use of his phone during court proceedings. Rather than appearing focused and prepared, it often gave the impression that he was trying to catch up on information during the hearing itself. Another major concern was the cost. I was initially quoted one price for representation, but later I was asked to pay additional money beyond what I expected based on our original discussions. This created frustration and made me feel that the financial expectations were not clearly communicated from the beginning. In addition, I did not feel there was adequate support from his office staff. In my experience, a good attorney should have a competent and organized paralegal team to help manage communication, paperwork, and case preparation. I did not feel that level of support was present. Because of these issues, I would not hire Michael A. Kretzmer again and would not recommend him for a custody matter. My experience left me feeling that my case was not handled with the level of professionalism, preparation, and communication that such an important matter deserves.

Attorney Kretzmer was great! He represented me for a case that I was involved in and I was extremely happy working with him. He took the time out to consult with me and was very attentive during the whole process. He was patient and I could tell he actually cares about helping his clients win their c...ase. I would definitely use Attorney Kretzmer in the future if need be and highly recommend him to others!
