I hired Jim for an accaccidaccident I had to find out that he just sat there and let the medical bills get out of hand.He then called me and asked me if I would like to sue my own insurance. I had to stop my therapy bc there wasn't enough money to cover it. And I refuse to pay out of pocket. I've b...een calling this guy for days and emailing him. No response this reallly really upsets me! Im mad that he wasn't on the case like he should have been. So now I have to sit and wait until he feels like calling me or emailing back. What a shame. He really had me thinking I would get a law suit. To top it off I should have seen it coming when I drove around with a few months w my car all banged up. I had to literally harass him to fix my car! I just wish I went somewhere else!

I do like Jim Butler, he is an excellent Attorney as far as I am concerned. All of us are far from perfect, he is as well, the rating system does not allow for imperfection so it is hard to give a good man who does a good job a rating that totally fits. He was working my case when I thought he left i...t by the wayside. I give him a lot of props for that. On the other hand I was not kept informed until 2+ years later, which was frustrating to say the least. I had thought my case was forgotten by him all that time, and I had just about given upon it altogether. Then an associate attorney from his office finally called me and said my case had been not worked on since I had hired Jim, and he was sure my case was no longer viable, because not enough information was in my file to even make a case. This made me excruciatingly upset, as I had suffered greatly after my injury to my lip by a pitbull in my neighborhood. I never asked, but I hope that associate was fired. Months later I got a call from Attorney Butler himself, asking me to come in for a deposition. I was extremely happy with that call, he told me that he had NEVER stopped working on my case and in fact had filed for a trial date before the two years limit had passed. This is why I give him a high score. He was doing the job I hired for him all along, even though the associate doubted him. The associate should have questioned him, gotten the truth, and then informed me himself that my case was not neglected. In the end, all is well with my case and I am waiting for my case to be settled hopefully, tomorrow. I think Jim is a great Attorney. I recommend him highly. Jim has a very nice demeanor, he is very intelligent, he has an awesome personality, and to me just an awesome Attorney. I will definitely ask for his services in the future if I have a need. Thank you Jim! You have done great by me, in handling my case! I will not forget you if I have a need for an Attorney in the future!
