Sefton Neil Brown Jr

I was appointed to Mr Brown by the Derby public defenders to help represent me in a Derby court situation. I must say he did not hellp me in anyway. Instead of getting my charges lesser than my original charge I ended up with a worse charge. He specifically told me he was there to help me and he wasn...'t there to screw me over or to make life more challenging than with the charges I was facing. Well that was a lie, Mr Brown misled me to believe that he was there to help lower my charges & the lesser charge and it will not show up on my record. Unfortunately he stood me wrong. I ended up with a more serve charge and the charge appeared on my record. When I confronted Mr Brown about it he tried to manipulate the situation by telling me it was my fault that I plead to the charges. I would not recommend Mr Brown to anyone because clearly he doesn't take ownership of his wrong doing and clearly likes to pass the buck. Lastly If he was the last lawyer on the planet I would rather go down with the ship by representing myself.
