I bought a condo in Connecticut and hired Kishore to do this. He helped my brother buy his home before me. Based on my brother's experience, it made sense to choose Kishore. He is very cordial, professional, and was on top of this transaction every step of the way. This was my first time ever buying ...

He helped me get through a real estate transaction quickly and efficiently. He also volunteered to charge me less than he quoted me, presumably, due to the simplicity of my transaction. Whatever the reason, he did not have to reduce his fee.

Kishore was very helpful and clear in his explanation of what was needed from us. He made the process easy and fast despite us being in different states. I recommend his services for your home transaction needs.

I recently closed on my first home on 11/15/19. I had the pleasure of working with Kishore Kapoor. He was friendly, professional and explained the closing procedure in depth. I am thankful for his services and hope others get to have the same experience as I did.
"I have known Kishore as a fellow attorney ever since he started in practice, and he is at the point now where I call him for answers to my thorny real estate questions. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he is down-to-Earth and cares about his clients like they are his own family. He understands the stress that a home purchase has on a family and takes that stress from the client and puts it on his own shoulders, so the client can focus on everything else. Kishore is one of the good lawyers with whom I am willing to publicly stand."
