Wendy Jean Mongillo

If it were possible to give 0 stars I would, my fiancee and I met with Attorney Mongillo to help fight a foreclosure against us over less than $500 of common fees. Wendy came recommended to us by a personal injury firm since her father was a very well-known attorney (whom retired). Needless to say sh...e charged us a flat fee to make a phone call to opposing counsel and didn t even fight for us. She demanded we pay the other attorney all $5,000 of fees he was asking. She did not seem very organized and after paying all that money and asking for her to send us documents from our action (title search, resolving documents, etc.) we never heard from her again. Here we are almost 3 years later having to clean up her mess since she never fully resolved our matter or had anything removed from the title to our property. Find another attorney who will fight for you all the way and have your best interests at heart.

Attorney Mongillo was assigned to my elderly Mother as a probate attorney. She was a huge disappointment and very undependable. She had to be repeatedly asked to followup on Mom's legal issues and was not at all attention to detail. Her approach was sloppy and incomplete. Except of course, when s...he billed my Mother top dollar for her incompetence. I would absolutely not recommend her for representation.
