He’s a JOKE

He was hired, did the bare minimum and I never even met him, took my money and screwed my life up. STAY FAR AWAY. He is arrogant and doesn’t communicate.

I don’t believe this was a client.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ATTORNEY!!!!

Hired this guy for a difficult divorce case. David G. Volman lied about moving court dates, did as little as possible, and was belligerent and arrogant... Did not help me at all - offered no advice, counsel or opinions. I had to draft my own documents, including financial affidavit and offers to the ...other attorney. Tried to get me to a accept bad deal to finish the case, did not defend my best interests. Didn't even do the minimum to be considered my attorney. Had to fire him the day before scheduled trial date. Should be disciplined by state bar for incompetence. Will undoubtedly post a retort to cover his A**, but I have written email proof of his transgressions and lies. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!! He promises everything at the initial consultation then does the opposite. Final Answer - Incompetent.

All allegations are false.I have never had any disciplinary action taken against me. .Please read all reviews to make your own conclusion. I have been practicing over 30 years & represented tens of thousands of clients. Every client is not going to be satisfied since you are representing them during one of the most difficult times of their lives. Unfortunately in this age of social media it only takes 1 client to destroy your reputation & business without any consequences. I would not have lasted over 30 years in the same community if i wasn't truthful, dilligent & conscientious. I care about my clients as if I was representing a relative.

Do not use him if you want someone responsable

He's not a good lawyer. I'm still going to court to fix my visitation right that he mess up. For divorce I dont recommend him. He will tell u what u want to hear on ur first visit. So unorganized that the other party has to give u what he's supposed to. Don't throw ur money away, it will cost u a lot... and u won't get anything in return.

Do not use him!!!

David did nothing to help in my divorce. He purposely took his time in order to ensure more legal fees. He on my than one occasion indicated arguments between myself and the ex His response to questions was always to forward emails between my ex and I. He was frequently unreachable and never retur...ned phone calls in 90 days he accomplished nothing in my case. I was forced to hire another lawyer. He then argued over the retainer and the money he used. He is a terrible lawyer and human being. Only out for money. I tell everyone I know to stay away

This must not be from a real client because I return my phone calls every day and try to get divorces completed as quickly as possible for the health and welfare of the parties involved. I have not raised my hourly rate in 27 years and charge less than the majority of divorce attorneys.
