Outstanding, Personalized, Responsive and Cost Effective RepresentationMy construction practice is diverse and has been the most rapidly growing portion of my practice.I have represented public and private clients in commercial litigation since 1990.
My responsibility to my clients is to be more than a zealous advocate. I must learn as much as I can about my client's business - on my time - so that I can fully understand the disputes and challenges for which my client requires counsel.
Moreover, regardless of whether I am providing litigation or contract drafting services, I must provide value-added services that enhance my client's business opportunities and reduce long term risks.
Because of my large firm training and experience, I provide the type of representation typically associated with large firms. However, because we do not have the overhead of a large firm, we are significantly less expensive. If a matter truly requires significant staffing, we are adept at serving as co-counsel in a manner that avoids duplication of efforts and mitigates costs.
Practice areas
Since 1990, I have represented public and private clients of all sizes in a wide variety of commercial litigation. We make it our business to learn about our clients' businesses, on our time, so that we can provide the most effective, efficient services possible. We have extensive experience with all forms of ADR and understand that litigation is a tool to resolve business disputes, not a goal. We provide the specific services necessary to achieve our clients' goals.
32 years
In addition to my extensive construction litigation experience, I have significant experience representing contractors and owners in connection with all aspects of public and private building projects. I assist clients at all phases of a project, including procurement, contract negotiation and drafting and claims resolution. I also represent contractors in a wide variety of matters, including defending and prosecuting claims, mechanic's liens and payment bond claims and general advice.
