We make it our business to learn about our clients' businesses, on our time, so that we can provide the most effective, efficient services possible. We have extensive experience with all forms of ADR and understand that litigation is a tool to resolve business disputes, not a goal. We provide the specific services necessary to achieve our clients' goals.

In addition to my extensive construction litigation experience, I have significant experience representing contractors and owners in connection with all aspects of public and private building projects. I assist clients at all phases of a project, including procurement, contract negotiation and drafting and claims resolution. I also represent contractors in a wide variety of matters, including defending and prosecuting claims, mechanic's liens and payment bond claims and general advice.
