VERY GOOD LAWYER
Eric wasn’t always quick to respond to our email given he has other clients. However when he responded it was always useful and helpful. His price was reasonable and his information was very accurate! We are happy we chose him and his wife as our lawyers. I am now in the United States with my husband...

Hire him for help with your K-1 visa!
We give Eric the highest recommendation. He is committed to seeing folks get K-1 visas: (1) The K-1 visa process is very complicated. A friend from China took 3 years to get her visa, because her paperwork kept getting rejected. She and her now-husband are intelligent people, but the process can be ...

Excellent Teammate!
The K1-Visa process is cumbersome, it is wise to have a good teammate to help you shoulder the burden. I found Eric Dean and his wife to be excellent teammates. He was very responsive to emails and presented options when bumps in the road came during the application process. He did his job accurat...

not really a good lawyer
eric dean promises the world, like everyone else does, but when i comes down to more than what to fill out on the form, he bails and helps you find alternative options, by yourself, because he can really do nothing more than help your brainstorm options.. Once in awhile a visa needs more than options...
This client's (let's call him "Frank") fiancee tested positive for use of illegal drugs. Rather than deny the visa, the consulate put her into a protocol where she had to test every month for a year, and then she might qualify for a visa. So, the consulate basically did her a favor. However, the medical authorities responsible for the testing were not as responsive as Frank wanted when he felt that his fiancee had successfully completed the testing protocol. Repeated calls did not seem to move the needle--basically, the medical testing people held all the cards and it was up to them to declare compliance and put the case on track for a visa, and they were taking their time. This is not a "legal matter" where an attorney can sue someone; it's a matter of bureaucrats finally issuing a favorable report. I suggested (many times) that Frank contact his Senator--because US Senators have special influence in cases of this nature. Frank has an explosive temper. He would call me every 6 months or so, and yell and scream at me, demanding that I get the medical authorities to act, when any number of calls and inquiries failed to get their attention. It looks like the Senator's intervention will finally result in issuance of a visa. That is what I had suggested for the longest time.
