Eileen was very personable and helpful when dealing with the refinance of a family home, owned for generations. Eileen was empathetic to the sensitivities surrounding such relationships. Because I had worked with her years prior, with a similar situation, she had an excellent recollection of our situation. We plan to use her for our future closing.
