In a very difficult situation, Mr. Goulden was more than professional. He conversed with me over a series of days and explained to me in detail options that were available. He calmed my nerves and assured me through it all I would come out of this with what I needed. He kept true to his word and show...ed a compassionate side that not too many attorneys do.

From the constant messages on being unavailable to me to telling me "not to interrupt" because I had an actual question (rather than simply being some obedient, quiet person) to having a half-put together agreement, this is an attorney to stay away from. I even went back to him to ask for money back...! Lesson learned - NEVER pay an attorney until after services are rendered even if they intimidate you. He never explained the law. He used intimidation and bullying tactics and I was in a scared and desperate situation. Since dealing with him, I have worked with others and learned this: Attorneys should answer ALL your questions. They should explain the law so you understand it. You are paying THEM for a service. If you feel uncomfortable and they don't address your concerns, they are not the attorney for you. STAY AWAY from this man.
