To be concise, he knows the law and can reiterate it well. He has a strong enough presence in the court room but focuses on things not necessary to the case. While leaving out facts that are pertinent. And having a misogynistic judge sitting on the bench these tactics were not useful in a nasty divor...ce. Also, I had the feeling after this judge's decision he was swayed to believing the other sides out and out lies. Lies that another judge who did not have a misogynistic character flaw would see through and rule against. Perhaps Mr. Goulden is better under other circumstances but definitely not in cases like mine. He is not good in a tough and messy divorce situation. An attorney in this situation has to play as dirty as the other side.

Absolutely outstanding attorney! The best of the best. Chris knows how the system works and will steer you in the right direction. He’s kind and practical, yet brilliant and tough! What more can one ask for? In my case he was able to extract me from a lengthy and costly legal battle that previous law...yers could not do. From the constant messages on being unavailable to me to telling me "not to interrupt" because I had an actual question (rather than simply being some obedient, quiet person) to having a half-put together agreement, this is an attorney to stay away from. I even went back to him to ask for money back...! Lesson learned - NEVER pay an attorney until after services are rendered even if they intimidate you. He never explained the law. He used intimidation and bullying tactics and I was in a scared and desperate situation. Since dealing with him, I have worked with others and learned this: Attorneys should answer ALL your questions. They should explain the law so you understand it. You are paying THEM for a service. If you feel uncomfortable and they don't address your concerns, they are not the attorney for you. STAY AWAY from this man.
