One sided, meaning, when she decides and connects to one parent for whatever reason, she ignores the evidence of the other parent, which impacts the children, hence it is NOT in their best interest. She should listen to all evidence from both parents, review, evaluate and then make a determination a...nd fair recommendation. Instead she tells you she does not want to know reasons for the divorce, she wants to establish what is best for the kids, while ignoring real evidence like violence, adultery, coersive control, etc. and backing the violent parent. But will the kids be safe with that parent? She does not dig deeper to find the truth. Also she rewrote the temporary custody agreement at least 4 or 5 times and all were unclear and one sided, while charging you for all these rewrites. Nothing ever got resolved, just more confusing, time dragged on and charges piled up. There must be a better way to determine what’s best for the children. This went on for about a year without any progress.
