Brian is certified as a civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy; a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates; and a member of the Board of Governors of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association.
He has been named as one of New England's "Super Lawyers" in 2011/2012 and one of Connecticut's "Super Lawyers" in 2011 by Connecticut Magazine.
Brian is also a recipient of the Connectict Trial Lawyers Associations T. Paul Tremont Award in recognition of his many successful jury trial verdicts and his commitment to injured clients (2012).
Brian has served the Town of Portland, CT, as a member of the Board of Selectmen since 2005.

I am dedicated to the recovery of compensation for victims of personal injuries and wrongful death. I represent clients in a variety of settings, including auto collisions, slip and falls, construction accidents, defective products, and medical malpractice.
