Biography
I offer services for cases involving Immigration and Nationality Law. I represent clients before Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Office of the Immigration Court in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania, as well as before the Department of State and Department of Labor nationwide. I represent clients in a wide-variety of immigration cases, such as:

- Deportation and Removal
- Temporary Work Visas
- Consular Processing
- Waiver Applications
- Naturalization
I served on the Executive Committee of the Connecticut Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association from 2007 through 2015, completing my two-year term as Chair in May 2015. I am also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the National Lawyers Guild. In addition to speaking on a panel on immigration offered by the Connecticut Bar Association, I was also on the faculty at the University of New Haven teaching Immigration law to undergraduates. I have been admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York since 2000. I have been recognized by Best Lawyers in America®.

Wife of an illegal
That’s it. She is incompetent, rude, aggressive to her clients and does not respond back to clients. How is she allowed to practice???

Replied last November 03, 2023I am sorry you were dissatisfied with my office. I would never refer to any of my clients as “an illegal.” I aim to respond to my clients in a timely fashion with basic courtesy and manners, as I hope my clients would deal with my office staff.

Terrible Experience
So disappointed with my experience with Jennifer. There were multiple miscommunications with Jennifer regarding when I would hear back from them. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with them and not one returned phone call. Jennifer uses the pronouns "they, them, their"

Replied last September 30, 2016I am not an "expert" in the field of Immigration Law. An "expert" is specifically defined in the Connecticut Rules of Professional Conduct. The Rules state that a lawyer is NOT an expert or specialist in a field of law unless the lawyer is currently certified as a specialist in that field of law by a board or other entity which is approved by the Rules Committee of the superior court of this state. There is no process in the State of Connecticut to be certified as a specialist or expert in the field of Immigration and Nationality Law at this time.
