I have to agree with the other feedbacks. Dean Popkin has took my case and trying to take the easy route for my case. My case has to do with a family lawyer filing false claims again me, which still no proof has came out or shown to me. I have been waiting for information on my case since 9/9/24. Dea...n doesn't seem to have knowledge in the family system and I'm worried for my case because this is regarding my son and how he was abused by his step father! He wants me to take a protection order at which I have not seen any proof regarding what I did. I'm tried of lawyers wanting to take the easy route just to get a quick buck. This is my life and they don't have to live it or answer other judge when asked

Dean Popkins is representing my brother at this very moment and this month he will be incarcerated for a year, without ever going to court because Dean has been asking for 2 months continuance every court date and before that he just didnt show up to court. He has met my brother one time when he want...ed him to take a plea deal. We have called and emailed you, we begged you to drop him as a client and you refuse to do that and still not helping him. That is inhuman what your doing and we hope we to get justice!! 1 star in order to post

Guy didn't do anything except delay things. I thought maybe there was just no need to communicate but no final court date and everything I was a mess. The courts were under the impression I hadn't abided by the stipulations and Dean didn't show. Almost paid for it too but thanks to my original copies... of paperwork proving I did what I was supposed to and a public defender I was able to make it out ok. This guy is like the epitome of bad lawyer. Saul Goodman status.

I don't normally write reviews, but I read Josh's comments and I have to say that Attorney Popkin handled my DUI with great professionalism and was very successful in negotiating a great deal for me. He did tell me not to go to court a couple of times, he said I didn't need to be there because he wa...s going to continue it, and there was no need for me to miss work. I appreciated that and it really helped not having to waste time at court when nothing was going to happen. I recommend Attorney Popkin to help anyone out who has a DUI.
