Cindy is Fair and Efficient
When I contacted Cindy, I knew I had made the right choice. Cindy not only has a quick response time, but seeks a fair resolution for all parties involved. She is efficient, yet understanding and compassionate regarding the emotions and situations of the parties involved. In my case, there was no downtime or endless waiting, but once a decision was made, a quick turn-around in closing the case with a satisfactory agreement.

The right paperwork, everyone needs.
Cindy pointed out and I knew she was right that I needed my POA, DNR and Advance Directive. But who wants t think about these things? Cindy made the process easier and I am so grateful that they are done! I didn't realize how much they had been weighing on me to get them signed, but now it is done, thank you, Attorney Cartier.

SEASONED ELDER LAWYER
Attorney Cartier handled the medicaid application for my mother, her estate planning issues and ultimately the probate post her death. She was extremely competent and compassionate. My whole family appreciated the care she showed to my mother and we were grateful to have her in those final days. I would recommend her wholeheartedly and without reservation.

Great Lawyer to Work With
I hired Attorney Cartier to assist with collection on a business account that was severely overdue and the arrears were in the tens of thousands of dollars. Best legal representation I have ever had!!!
I retained attorney Cartier for post judgment child support enforcement and she was able to get all that was due me in a rapid manner. I wish I had her for my original divorce. I would recommend her to everyone without reservation!!
