I have been working with action advocacy for the last two years. I think in the end it was worth the money I paid them, but I worked with a paralegal the entire time only met with attorney once. The paralegal wasn't overly friendly or helpful so it wasn't a very reassuring experience. Also I still ...had to do a lot of calls/work myself. They never tried getting anything deleted off my credit report either, they only settled the debts. Didn't feel like they really "fought for me" with these collection agencies. I probably could have just called them and settled with them myself. I learned a lot more with My FICO website than I did paying action advocacy.

He referred me to an at...torney who handles harassing phone call cases because I was being harassed to tears. Well, what was the result? I discharged over $200,000 worth of credit card debt and received a settlement of over $5,000 from a harassing creditor who wouldn't stop calling me and I kept all the settlement money because Dave was able to exempt it from the creditors. I discharged all my debts and made a ‘profit’. Further, Dave has given me wonderful materials that he has developed to restore my credit score within 12-24 months post-bankruptcy! And his program that is called, ‘The Pennywatchers’ which challenges youto continue to pay on the debt but you pay yourself and to save all the money that you discharged. I was so depressed before going to see Dave (I had heard from everyone in Connecticut that he was good) but I had to drag myself to his office in Groton, Connecticut. Thank God!! How do I rate him? 5 Stars, Plus! I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, ethical and fair in his dealings with me and Dave and his office staff in didn’t make me feel like a loser but as someone who was about to succeed. And, indeed, I have completely turned my life around. I went to see Attorney Dave Falvey and I now I say Hallelujah! I have put my depression behind me and I feel good about myself. “Here Comes the Sun” And I say: HALLELUJAH!!
