I first started with Brandon Marley in reference to a social security case which is still ongoing. Brandon is a very sympathetic person and actually listens to you. He has empathy, very knowledgeable, and works countless hours on a case. IF there is something he does not know, he will find the answer. He will honestly tell you where you stand so you are never left clueless. If I ever need an attorney again, he is my choice.

I recently received a speeding ticket and tried (unsuccessfully) fighting this ticket in court by myself. After losing the case, I had the case re-opened by filing a motion to open judgment. Unfortunately, I never got notice of my new trial date and was subsequently charged with a Misdemeanor C (for missing my court date). I now had both a speeding ticket (infraction) and a missed court date (misdemeanor) charge against me. I wasn't sure what do to next. I searched online for a lawyer and found the Bartinik Law Firm in Groton CT. This turned out to be a very good decision. They put Brandon Marley on my case and he was able to get both the infraction and misdemeanor against me droppped. Brandon is persisitent, knowledgeable and hard working. He kept in touch with me constantly; updating me regarding details of the the case, upcoming dates as well as answer any questions that I had. He always had time for me and was always cordial and professional. I would highly recommend Brandon if you need a lawyer, thanks to him I received a very favorable outcome for my case. I would not hesitate to contact him again for help with any legal matters.
