Extremely impressed/highly recommend

Mr. Chen answered my question quickly and provided a detailed and extensive answer. I contacted his office and spoke with his very polite and friendly, assistant Erica. She arranged a consultation for the next morning. My consultation was extremely helpful, all questions were answered, and I neve...r felt rushed. Mr. Chen asked questions to clarify the situation and truly took and interest in my problem. He is friendly, relaxed and knowledgeable. If I were to require an attorney for this issue or any other Mr. Chen handles, I would certainly engage his services.

Consultation with Carlton was a great expereince

I recently was able t get on a call with Carlton Chen about a workplace issue and he took his time to explain EVERYTHING. The one thing that stood out to me the most was the empathy I received about my issue. Carlton spoke to me not like an attorney, but like a friend. Incredibly Helpful!

I consulted with Attorney Carlton Chen on a very specific scenario that was important to me. One that several other Attorneys dismissed as unimportant because they seemed uninterested in anything that deviated from the standard process of just completing forms. Not only was he very knowledgable and c...ourteous he was also very responsive. I didn't expect that level of assistance but he over delivered. I now have a much clearer path moving forward and saved a great deal of time and money from not taking the wrong direction I was about to.
