About 10 years ago, I was extremely frustrated and stressed as I was going through a horrible divorce. It was clear that my interests needed to be protected and I needed a top notch attorney that I trusted. I met so many attorneys in search of one that I felt was right for myself, my son, and my si...tuation. I was so disappointed by many for various reasons. Thankfully I came across Attorney Duell. It didn't take long for me to realize that this was the attorney for me!!! Kim, without question, is extremely knowledgeable about the entire divorce process. That is clear after talking with her for only 10 minutes. Kim also possesses other qualities that I find to be important in a divorce attorney as she is confident, straight forward, kind hearted, honest, personable, on top of things, respect for her clients, and excellent in her field. Kim has excellent integrity. Of course I had to hire her. It was very important for me to find an attorney that was honest and had good morals and I found this in Kim. I've come across too many attorneys that have no problem telling their client to lie....Kim will not do this...Kim has faith in honesty, as I do. My divorce took 3 years to complete as my ex tried to play every game known to mankind. So, not only did I get to spend a lot of time with Kim, I got to see how she handled herself with other attorneys, judges, and everybody in the court. Kim is a take charge attorney. She will NOT be bullied by anyone and she will not let anyone bully you in her presence. I never had to question if Kim was working on my case. If she told me she was doing something, I knew she was doing it. She took some of the worries away. Kim will take control and will not back down to anyone...as I have witnessed her strength and taking charge of the situation. Kim knows when it's time to be straightforward, take charge, do several things at once, question things, and when to pounce when someone is lying. Kim also knows when it's time to be calm, compassionate and patient with her clients. As I was one of those that did need some compassion at times. Kim is also quite funny, which is much appreciated at certain moments. I've kept in contact with Kim through the years. Now I find myself having to go back to court. Of course I called Kim Duell as she is the only attorney I trust. I am confident in her expertise, attention to detail, and extensive knowledge of the divorce process. I wouldn't want anyone to represent me but Kim as she always has my best interests in mind. I would recommend Kim to anyone going to the divorce process!!!! She is phenomenal!!!!
